My dedication and knowledge is backed by ongoing NASM Certified Trainer status (renewed bi-yearly). I hold additional NASM Specialization Certifications in Weight Loss, Nutrition, Corrective Exercise, and Performance Enhancement.
You can choose to train at my beautiful, private studio gym in Chandler and/or via Live 1 on 1 Online Zoom/Video.
